I’m very drawn towards religious artwork, so when I heard that there was a rare supine Buddha image in nearby Suphan Buri, I had to see it. There are many reclining Buddha images around the world, but in most of them, he is laying on his side, not on his back.

The image is in the Viharn of Wat Phra Non and is about 2 meters long.
